Kilkenny Design Centre’s evening restaurant offers an elegant mix of food and design. The room undergoes a subtle but noticeable transformation at 6pm every weekend as a series of linen drops creates intimate spaces. The food is served on specially commissioned stoneware by Castle Arch Pottery and the walls are adorned with never before seen paintings by renowned artist Jane O’Malley. Created by new chef Paul Cullen, in conjunction with the established Kilkenny Design kitchen team, the menu is a testament to the quality of Kilkenny’s food producers.
