This is a hugely enjoyable film that looks at how humans in distress deal with the extreme situations in which they find themselves. It is a dark and very funny picture that has won a huge number of audience awards all around the world. Wild Tales is comprised of six short stories where inequality, injustice and the demands of the modern world are the themes at play. Argentine director Damián Szifron masterfully connects the different genres (Road Movie, Melodrama, Thriller) in a film that boasts superb acting and striking cinematography from Javier Julia. If you haven’t already seen this picture, mark it down as one to catch!
